Change of Mind
Selecting the perfect artwork is a personal experience, so we ask that you choose carefully. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, whether for prints or original artworks. If you have any questions before making a purchase, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist you!

Damaged Deliveries
We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event that your order is damaged in transit, please follow these steps to help us resolve the issue promptly:

  1. Take a photo of the package before opening it, showing any visible damage.

  2. Take a photo of the artwork, focusing on the specific damage.

  3. Email the photos to hello@stephwalters.com, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Artwork Descriptions and Colors
All photos provided by the artist are part of the artwork's description. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays. We encourage you to consider this when making your selection, as we are unable to accept returns based on color variations.

Lost Artwork
In the unlikely event that your artwork is lost in transit, please contact us right away. We will be happy to discuss a refund or replacement.

Natural Aging of Paintings
Our artworks are crafted to stand the test of time, but like all art, they naturally age over time. This process is not a reason for return. If you have any questions on how to care for your piece, please feel free to reach out.
